The Ask: Create a poster and supporting material for Universal Music Group’s internal concert for its employees ‘UMUSIC AUTUMN 2024’.

The Idea: Feel the music in you.

Attending a concert is a surreal experience, particularly considering the profound emotions live music can evoke. It’s even more special if you played a role in making the music. This campaign aims to go beyond the auditory experience, engaging all the senses to create a multi-dimensional journey through the world of sound. As well as make those individuals who contributed to making it happen feel special.

The best way to engage people is through competition. The idea of a reward gets people’s attention. This game will be a trivia, played across the Universal Music offices. All employees willl receive a question at the end of every working day, they will have 30 seconds to answer. A leaderboard will keep track of who is in lead. The winner will get an all access pass at the event. They will get VIP seats for themselves, as well as backstage passes and the opportunity to have dinner with the artists.
